I should have posted this on Sunday night, but I was too high to get on Blogster. I was so thrilled when Max and Laura won the competition for Danny and Sandy. Now I wish that I could get to NYC and see the Broadway Show, but I know that isn't possible.

Oh really? My daughter and I enjoyed it, but my husband after watching the first one, did not watch the rest of them.

Even with the millions of viewers (though they always finished last in the ratings) I don't think this stands a chance of being a hit on Broadway---besides the leads have to act and their ability in that department wasn't shown.
Hate being so negative but in no way does this show the audition process for a Broadway show--it was only a gimmick the producer used after Andrew Lloyd Weber did it in London to find a new Maria for Sound Of Music.

Did Andrew Lloyd Weber find his Maria? I never did see the original Grease on Broadway, only saw the movie and I don't think either of these two compared with Travolta and Newton John, but the ones that won on tv were my favorites of those that auditioned. Maybe they'll lose alot of money on Broadway. Time will tell.

Yes he did and after the fact found out she can't do 8 performances a week so they had someone else do the matinees which caused an uproar.
