I thought I would take Blogdreamz suggestion that we who are tired
of cooking same old thing post one of our favorite recipes. So here is
one of mine. With Thanksgiving coming up, we'll have plenty of left
over turkey, so here is recipe to use some of that or you can use
chicken too. I like it be cause it is easy to make, you don't have to
cook macraroni and can be made ahead of time.
Buddy's Overnight Chicken:
7 ounces macaroni (raw)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cups cream of celery soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed) - You may use cheddar
or other mixed cheese.
1 small onion diced
2 cups cooked chicken or turkey (cut up)
Mix
all together. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake mix
well and pour into 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Top with
crushed potato chips. (I use cracker crumbs)
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
